This soap is blended with 100% pure pharmaceutical grade Tea Tree essential oil. The oil is harvested from the leaves of the Melaleuca alternifolia tree, native to Australia. Tea Tree oil aids in soothing painful and irritated skin by relieving redness and irritation. It is a super-oil with anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties. It is used in the treatment of acne-prone and oily skin. Due to its anti-bacterial properties, it is also used in the healing of cuts and wounds. This blend is great for all types of skin, but would definitely benefit those with facial or body acne issues.
The aroma is a fresh, camphor-like smell.
