This lip product is not made with heavy amounts of skin-suffocating wax. Too much wax in a lip balm is part of what causes people to crave their use. They can also contribute to the lip skin drying out if the proportion of wax to emollients is too high. These lip balms use only organic RAW beeswax which has not been heat-treated or bleached. The wax STILL has honey in when blended for maximum skin healing benefits.
