The Bay Rum Goat

A vintage fragrance originally created in the 1600s, this Bay Rum bar soap has the distinctive sweet spice and woodsy scent blended with the moisture benefits of goat milk soaps. It is a scent made to emulate rich Jamaican Rum blended with crushed bay leaves and berries from the West Indian Bay Tree. 

Historically, sailors rubbed crushed bay leaves on their skin to cover body odor. Eventually, the attempt was made to create an effective cologne by steeping bay leaves in rum, and they succeeded! A legendary scent loved by both men and women that continues to be popular and enjoyed today.

Any fragrance oils used have been vetted as acrylate-free, alcohol-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free and formaldehyde-free. No artificial ingredients, dyes, salt fillers or lather enhancers are used.
